Owner Operators can lease on under our asset operating authority benefiting from our network of customer direct freight as well as discounts on consumables and competitive insurance rates.  Owner Operators retain a significant portion of the gross revenues generated by the truck.

Agency owners manage the acquisition and execution of shipments from their clients.  Agency Owners can elect to manage their business exclusively or collaborate with other Agents for Sales, Account Management or Carrier Sales functions.  Agency owners retain a significant portion of the gross margins generated by their clients.

Sales Agents exclusively focus on the acquisition of new clients.  They partner with other Agents who provide Account Management and Carrier Sales for the Sales Agents clients.  Sales Agents retain a portion of the gross margins from each client they onboard

Carrier Sales Agents focus exclusively on forming collaborative partnerships with motor carriers to execute the successful transportation of clients freight.  Carrier Sales Agents retain a portion of the gross margins from loads executed on partner carriers. 

Account Management Agents are responsible for the profitable and sustainable growth of clients onboarded by Sales Agents.   They work closely with Carrier Sales Agents to secure shipments desired by carrier partners.  Account Management Agents retain a portion of the gross margins from loads managed.  

Asset owners (+10 trucks) that partner with us and lease their trucks on under our authority and collaborate with our sales team to build out their networks to create profitable and sustainable jobs for their drivers.
